Beginning May 7, fans across all US Pollo Campero locations can savor the Queso Bacon Chicken Sandwich, featuring the brand’s renowned all-white-meat, hand-breaded fried chicken fillet topped with their freshly introduced green chile queso and crispy bacon on a brioche bun, promising a delectable fusion of rich, cheesy, and savory flavors. Meanwhile, the Buffalo Slaw Chicken Sandwich combines the restaurant’s signature coleslaw with tangy buffalo sauce, offering a refreshing and zesty taste sensation.
Priced from $6.90, the Queso Bacon Chicken Sandwich and Buffalo Slaw Chicken Sandwich mark the first additions to Pollo Campero’s sandwich lineup since the successful launch of its Spicy Chicken Sandwich in 2022. These latest creations follow the introduction of Pollo Campero’s original Chicken Sandwich in 2021. Fans have the option to enjoy the sandwiches on their own or as part of a meal, accompanied by a selection of Pollo Campero’s popular sides such as Sweet Plantains, Yuca Fries, or slow-roasted Campero Beans.
