Popeyes has been spotted selling a new chicken sandwich called the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich at select locations in the Denver, Colorado area.

The new chicken sandwich features a buttermilk battered and hand breaded white meat chicken filet served on a buttery, toasted brioche bun with two barrel cured pickles, sweet smokey barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese and crispy bacon.
Fellow Chewer Josh spotted the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Chicken Sandwich at his local Popeyes in Denver selling for $5.49 on its own, and as part of a combo for $7.49.
Josh tells Chew Boom that his sandwich had “too much sauce,” making it impossible to “taste anything else.”
