The new special replaces the brand’s $5 Boneless Wing Bash, which appeared on menus nationwide last month. Popeyes typically offers a new promotion like this every four weeks or so. What’s somewhat unusual about this latest promotion is the fact that it doesn’t offer a choice of a side and a buttermilk biscuit. I suspect Popeyes is focusing on the positive perception of value by coming in under the $4 mark.
